   Pick your city, move-in date and duration, then filter by what matters to you.

   Review room and property details, included services, first month rent and contract conditions.

   Create your account

   A secure personal account keeps your application, documents and payments in one place.

   Application details

   Share only what is needed: contact details, nationality, school, stay dates, emergency contact and ID.

   Review

   See a full summary: rent, administrative fee, security deposit, included services, contract duration, payment schedule and cancellation terms.

6. 6

   Approval of Booking

   Your booking is reviewed by the Jump In city team, who may ask for more information.

7. 7

   Contract

   Receive your contract digitally, review it and sign electronically.

   Payment

   Pay your first month of rent through Jump In's secure provider in order to book your room.   A separate Booking Service Fee of 3% of that first month of rent + €0.25 is added to this online payment only — the exact amount and the total payable online are shown before you pay.   The administrative fee and the security deposit are paid at check-in to your City Manager. Card details are never stored by Jump In.

   Confirmation

   Get your booking confirmation, move-in details, contacts and any outstanding requirements.
